There is huge flexibility in the role. Yes, there is administration, but there is also the opportunity to step up and support me on projects that will transform the company as we grow.

It’s a critical and varied role with exposure to all aspects of our business. You will learn a load of new skills and be right at the heart of decision-making with me, as we work out how to expand while maintaining our distinctive culture.

You’ll learn a lot from me — I have ten years leading outstanding healthcare services and before that worked in government. I am a good, committed leader and I take my responsibilities to my team seriously.

I’ll need you to come with the right values and a shared commitment to transforming the world we operate in. We’ll do the rest — we’ll train and support you to develop the skills you’ll need to thrive.
